Business Overview

 

Congdon Construction has been in business since 1968 and was incorporated in 2010.  Carl (Jim) Congdon was a sole proprietor prior to incorporation and is currently serving as the Vice-President of Congdon Construction, Inc.  Doug Congdon, President, and Katalla Fairbanks, Secretary/Treasurer, have both been involved in Congdon Construction for several years.  For the past 45+ years Congdon Construction has done numerous projects throughout rural Alaska, maintaining an office in Fairbanks, AK.

 

Congdon Construction has successfully completed projects throughout Alaska on time and on budget.  The main focus of Congdon Construction’s contracts over the past several years has been to provide excellent hotels, schools, tank farms, and housing units throughout rural Alaska to assist the people in the quality of life attainable in our great state.
